Liz and Phil were our guides and they did an exceptional job catering to all our needs – nothing was a problem for them. Their calm nature and professionalism shone the whole time and I certainly learnt a lot I didn’t know about the region.

First contact was Simone and Karl and they can not be faulted for their efficiency, promptness and helpful assistance.
Tour leaders Liz, Phil and Rory went above and beyond. Liz and Phil delighted every night with their culinary skills. Nothing … And I mean NOTHING was ever too much trouble for them. Phil’s sense of humour was infectious and was matched by Liz’s permanent smiling face. Rory’s commentaries, story telling and guitar playing added a special touch.
Such a special place, The Kimberley, shared with special people.

We have just returned from one of the most fantastic experiences of our lives. Gools and Thomo were the consummate hosts!! They catered for our every need. We were in very safe hands as they could deal with any situation. The scenery was enhanced by the stories they told and their passion and knowledge of the Kimberley. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was always a surprise and fabulous, especially the Bungle Bungle Burgers !!
We learned to love our swags and appreciated our erected tents at each stop.
The professionalism and attention to detail of Adventure Wild is second to none!

I had a fabulous tour along the Gibb River Road with Adventure Wild. The Kimberley is such a beautiful and fascinating area and this trip was a great way to go as all I had to do was enjoy.
We had Gools and Thommo as our guides and they were gourmet chefs, excellent chauffeurs, gracious hosts and fonts of knowledge. Everything was so well thought out and organised for the maximum enjoyment of the guests, from knowing the best time of day to arrive at an attraction and making sure we got there, to ensuring our selected drinks were able to be served cold after a hot Kimberley day.
One of the things I found most professional about Adventure Wild was the pre-trip service. The communication prior to the trip was outstanding. All queries were answered very promptly, mostly the same day by staff with detailed knowledge about the trip and the area, able to advise accurately on any concerns and arrange for any special requirements. We were sent a packing list and the actual bag to pack in weeks before our departure date along with warnings not to over pack, details of things we didn’t have to worry about bringing and information on optional trips to be considered . It was so refreshing to make your booking with staff who are part of the service and want you to be informed and have the hassle free, enjoyable trip you paid for.

It was the experience of a life time. For me it was an adventure.
I loved the walking, the knowledge imparted by the tour leaders and other tour participants.
The scenery is stunning and all the walks were rewarded with a gorgeous swim under water falls or viewing indigenous rock art.
I would do it again and would be better at camping next time.

I have just come back from Carmel and Mark’s tour of 15 – 26 June.
The tour delivered more than I dared to hope for. I had no previous tour experience and was a mite apprehensive. I feel very fortunate to have had Mark and Carmel as guides and the group was an eclectic mix of people who all put something into enjoying the experience.
I think you’ve all done a great job in presenting a well organised thoroughly enjoyable tour. I really will recommend you to anyone who wants to listen.

Visiting the Kimberley has been on our wish list for quite a while so it was important to us that the experience was an educational, fun and memorable adventure and that is exactly what we got!
The Adventure Wild team are to be congratulated on their approach and conduct of their tours. Mark and Carmel were great leaders. They were helpful, friendly and professional. The gorges are spectacular, the scenery unbelievable, the sunsets magic, and Mark and Carmel knew some great spots to capture the majesty of it all.
The meals were great, you certainly won’t go hungry on one of these tours.
We learnt and experienced a huge amount on this trip.
Our fellow adventurers were great company and helped to make the trip a real success.
This was not just about SEEING the Kimberley but EXPERIENCING it!
We can highly recommend experiencing the Kimberley with Adventure Wild.
