We were surprised at how comfortable the swags were, appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to unpack and put up tents at each site.

The campsites were always clean, well maintained and located in picturesque surrounds. Being in the outback is the best! The tents are clean and spacious and even the swags are cosy. The sleeping bags give the 5 Star touch with their delightful silky linings.

To be honest I was a bit concerned how I would go not being a camper or very fit. But once I started I was happily surprised that I was able to do all the walks and not miss out on seeing anything.

The camping experience was great. Having the tents already set up makes life very easy and the swags with sheets make for a fairly comfortable night. We enjoyed sitting round the campfire and chatting and playing games many evenings.

The camping experience was great fun and campfires at night added to the experience.

Just got back to Broome from this tour. Cannot speak highly enough of G&T who were our guides/driver/cook. 5stars doesn’t seem enough for this dynamic duo who cared for, catered for and corralled our group. Meals were plentiful and sensational. Information shared was as much as you wanted and shared with genuine love of the region and its characters. Humour, kindness and a can do attitude helped make this an unforgettable trip. Cheers Gools and Thommo and Adventure Wild Kimberley Tours 👏🏼🌟👏🏼🌟👏🏼
Hi Simone
Sending through one of my special photo memories of a wonderful Ultimate Kimberley Tour. This picture depicts the boab tree, waterfalls and amazing rocks- we have indeed an amazing country with so varied landscapes. This trip offered us a chance to visit and see The Kimberley by your tour. Our guides (Thommo & Gools) were an amazing team and made the experience happen. So much thought in every detail, whether food, safety, risk, guidance and creating a happy atmosphere at camp. Would not hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone wanting a Kimberley experience.
Our guides, Phil and Liz, were outstanding in every way. Leadership, guiding, caring, information sharing, organisation, thoughtfulness, safe driving and the personal touches that made our trip special.
The professional organisation of our tour overall was outstanding from pick up to drop off.
My one disappointment was, as a non swimmer, I was not able to fully participate in two of the activities. Perhaps it should be pointed out that a certain level of swimming is required to participate in all activities?
All in all an unforgettable experience.
Thank you
Hello Simone,
Sarah and Peter were excellent guides, some of the best I have ever had. Sarah’s cooking was superb.
Thanks again.
What an amazing tour we had. Fabulous guides G&T. Fabulous food. Fabulous documentary. For myself, the quiet took me back to my childhood and wonderful memories. EVERYTHING was superb. Such changing scenery. Ground conditions changing so rapidly. We were glad to get away from the Pentecost River. A couple drove into the river and stopped halfway through and got out and got their dogs out. Yikes. We did not wait until the salties arrived for a meal of dog.
I had imagined a Sydney ferry trip down the Ord. No, no. 2 mighty V8’s pushed us along. What a journey.
I think we have just about told the world of our trip. SOOOO great.
Again, what a fabulous time we had. We went to Broome to catch up with our daughter and her family who were doing a lap of WA. How fabulous that our campsite at Windjana was almost next to theirs.
Hi Simone,
Enjoyed the tour immensely. Phil & Liz were fantastic, very professional, always had a positive outlook and ensured everyone was looked after.
The amazing sights just kept coming & created lifelong memories. Every dealing we had with Adventure Wild has been a pleasure with nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend the tour & Adventure Wild.
Cheers,
Hi Simone

When I booked for the Adventure Wild Broome to Broome trip, it really was based on dates that suited my availability. From my first contact with Simone it was evident that this was a very efficient tour company.
I knew I would be camping, and be fed and walked and see and experience more of the Kimberley, that has been on my bucket list for some time now. The whole adventure went beyond my expectations, with great guides, wonderful meals and snacks, timekeeping and good group camaraderie. The optional tours extended and enhanced the whole experience further.
I wholeheartedly recommend booking with Adventure Wild!
We just completed this trip a week ago and cannot praise it enough.
Our guides, Gools & Thommo, were amazing drivers, Fantastic cooks, considerate and kind carers, super organised and knowledgeable guides. Nothing was too difficult for them to deal with and they topped it all off with a great sense of humour. The itinerary was amazing. Who knew that The Kimberley had so many Gorges and swimming holes. Lots of beautiful walks through incredible places. The Gibb River Road is wild and rugged. Purnululu NP (Bungle Bungles) is simply stunning. Campsites, tents and swags were brilliant.
If you are thinking about doing the Kimberley and love a bit of camping, I thoroughly recommend Adventure Wild.
Did I mention the food – yummmmm.
GO FOR IT….
