We really enjoyed the tour because of its excellent itinerary, camp sites, food and guiding. Our itinerary included an enjoyable mixture of sightseeing, walking, swimming and flights over highly scenic areas. The camp sites were located in picturesque surrounds, and even though some were in caravan parks, we felt quite private. Kylie and Dean were a wonderful couple guiding us on the tour, carefully driving us over the remote corrugated dirt roads, and providing us with healthy gourmet meals and well researched commentary along the way. Their teamwork and organisation throughout the tour was outstanding, and made it such a fun and memorable experience.

We saw all the great sights, did lot’s of swimming and walking and enjoyed the fun of camping under the stars with great food and excellent company.
Our guides Kylie and Dean were fabulous hosts and kept things moving so we got to experience the wonderful landscape which is the Kimberley.

Good morning Simone & Karl,
Thank you for chasing us up and getting us on the tour. Had it not been for your help and persistence we would have put it off until later in August and missed out again because of lockdown. Thanks also for what you did to keep us on the road and basically on schedule. The one part of the tour we wont miss is the extra hours on the truck negotiating the bumpy roads. We will definitely give you a positive wrap to anyone in Victoria who asks us. We will be able to let our friend know what to expect when she tours with you next year.
Thanks also to Thommo and Gools who did a fabulous job of keeping us well fed and on schedule. They did an exceptional job and must have been pretty weary by the end of the tour.

Just spent 12 days in the Kimberley with Dean and Kylie from Adventure Wild Kimberley Tours. WOW what an experience. Our hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, there was so much to eat with a great variety of food and snacks all cooked on a camp gas stove and bbq plate on the camp fire. Campsites were clean and well set out and loved the campfires at night getting to know the other guests.
We visited so many places, just to name a few. Tunnel Creek, Windjana Gorge, Bungle Bungles, Lake Argyle, the Ord River. Swimming in waterfalls and the wildlife. We found this trip on a par with Canada and Alaska, but at the other end of the scale. We would recommend this trip with Adventure Wild to anyone who wants an adventure.

Hope your tour organisation isn’t proving too disastrous with all that is happening at the moment. Fiona and I want to share with you our thoughts on our recent tour with Dean and Kylie. The trip was quite a challenge for Fiona as she had never camped before but we were both delighted with the trip and extremely impressed and appreciative of the effort put in by Dean and Kylie. They were great fun, a really lovely couple to spend time with and so hard working. No effort was to much and they went overboard to accommodate each of us on the tour. The meals that Kylie managed to make on the tour were amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations.
Thanks to their efforts, Both Fiona and I had a memorable time.

Prior to taking the tour, we had little appreciation for what a magnificent, extraordinary and diverse landscape the Kimberley is. The tour itinerary was well planned, allowing us to experience the best of the Kimberley in an authentic way. Our expert guides, Gools and Thommo, shared their amazing knowledge of the Kimberley region, relaying stories from locals which added humour and gave us better insight into the life and culture of this region.
The campsites were clean, well laid out and the tents and swags were really very comfortable. Meals were plentiful with good variety; no one ever went hungry.
Gools and Thommo ran the tour like a well-oiled machine, always keeping us up to date of what was coming up. They showed genuine care for everyone, showing consideration for our individual needs and, at all times, our safety and enjoyment.
We enjoyed gorge hikes, swims in rock pools and beneath waterfalls, sitting around the campfire and dinner table and enjoying the company of our new friends.
The variety of optional tours is fantastic. Adventure Wild coordinate these, which made the tour so easy for the guests. These tours are well worth it.
This was a trip of a lifetime and will never be forgotten. We highly recommend the team at Adventure Wild, with many thanks to Gools, Thommo, Simone
