We had an amazing tour with Adventure Wild through the Kimberley region. Our tour guides, Kylie and Dean, provided us with everything we needed including delicious and healthy food; incredible knowledge about the area; safe and comfortable travel; and most importantly they were great company.
Having never been to an area like this, we were totally gobsmacked by the sheer beauty, ruggedness and majesty of the various gorges, falls, rivers, ranges and other sites. Australia does have a lot to offer.
We were not sure what to expect with the swag and tent set up, but were pleasantly surprised with how quickly we got used to rolling out our swag at each new camp. It was made simple by having the tents already set up at all bar one location. Though setting up that tent was very easy anyway. We thoroughly enjoyed the camping experience as it gave us more of an opportunity to be at one with nature and to get to know the rest of our group around the nightly campfires.
The hiking experiences we undertook were just enough to challenge without feeling overwhelmed. Good hiking shoes helped as well as the right gear. Kylie and Dean were always clear on what we would need to take with us each time (hats, bathers, long sleeved shirt, etc.) to ensure we got the most out of each experience.
We are so glad we chose to do this trip with Adventure Wild. From the moment we booked through to the end of our tour we were well informed and felt like we were in the hands of a professional company. We will be recommending them to our friends and others who want to have a positive and ‘real’ experience in the Kimberley.

This is an overdue email (work seems to have taken over since our return) to express my thanks for such an incredible trip.
It surpassed my expectations in so many ways, I don’t really know where to start. The Kimberley has such an essence of Australia that can’t be captured anywhere else in the world but I won’t go into all this as I am sure you feel it every day.
My incredible thanks and admiration goes to you, Kylie and Dean. You both do such an amazing job, going above and beyond always. Your people skills are endless in how you cope and give every individual the attention they need. Your lack of judgment is a lesson many could learn.
The group of people were delightful to travel with so Geoff and I were blessed in this regard. (You both even coped with Geoff and his eccentricity 🙃).
As I put on another jumper in grey Melbourne, I think of you on your travels and you both will always be in my mind when I cook rice.
Have a swim for me and please if and when in Melbourne, we would love to share a meal with you both. There is always a bed as well.

I have just returned from a 12 day Kimberley Wild Adventure Tour. The organisation by your Company, and the professionalism, care, and knowledge of our Tour Leaders, Gools and Thommo, was outstanding. On top of this, the facilities at each campsite were fantastic, sitting around the fires at night discussing the day’s activities were such fun, and there was always more food available than we could eat!
The Kimberley area we were fortunate enough to visit was breathtaking. I’ve certainly had a once in a lifetime experience.
I have recommended Adventure Wild Kimberley Tours to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I experienced so much more than the brochure promised.

Thank you all so much for a fabulous holiday. The tour was well organised with beautiful scenery, great hikes into gorges, waterfalls & swimming holes.
Simone & Karl you both went above & beyond our expectations when you arranged an alternate tour for us when horizontal falls was cancelled, especially as this was not part of your organised tour. It saved us a lot of hassle & was very much appreciated.
Jenny & Daryl were fantastic guides. They were both very enthusiastic, well organised, great company & looked after us all extremely well. The food was exceptional. We had a great time & will certainly recommend Adventure wild tours.
