We were surprised at how comfortable the swags were, appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to unpack and put up tents at each site.
Judy & Steve Lukacs
The tents, sleeping swags and locations to camp were great. I had the best night sleeps!
Jen, Joe & Jack Previtera
The campsites were always clean, well maintained and located in picturesque surrounds. Being in the outback is the best! The tents are clean and spacious and even the swags are cosy. The sleeping bags give the 5 Star touch with their delightful silky linings.
Jenny McKenzie-Murray
Our tented accommodation left nothing wanting and our bags, swags, sleeping bags and water bottles kept us comfortable and warm.
Denis & Shirley Ranger
Great trip. The fixed tents, swags and sleeping bags were clean, warm and comfortable.
Jos Benner
To be honest I was a bit concerned how I would go not being a camper or very fit. But once I started I was happily surprised that I was able to do all the walks and not miss out on seeing anything.
Rebecca Lingam
The camping experience was great. Having the tents already set up makes life very easy and the swags with sheets make for a fairly comfortable night. We enjoyed sitting round the campfire and chatting and playing games many evenings.
Meryl & Glenn Jackson
The camping experience was great fun and campfires at night added to the experience.
Steve & Connie Calderwood
It’s been a while but am finally getting around to thank Adventure Wild for an excellent tour of the Kimberley. Having the opportunity to sleep under the starlit skies in a swag each night was a wonderful experience. Greg and Choccy were so knowledgeable, helpful and extremely well organised. Greg managed to drive us safely over long distances to view all the best sites, arriving well before the larger bus companies. So many beautiful places it’s hard to pick a favourite. Choccy managed to produce a delicious feast every evening making sure no one ever went hungry. Of course breakfast, morning teas and lunches were just as yummy. I was fortunate to be in the company of a lovely fun group of people who willingly helped each other in many ways. Nothing was too much trouble for Greg and Choccy and I much appreciated their assistance when scrambling over the rocks. I have a wide circle of friends here in Newcastle and have been telling everyone what a fabulous time I had on this tour. Thank you so much for a most memorable experience.

From my first conversation with Rory I knew we had chosen the best company to do this Adventure to the Kimberleys with and what a great adventure it was, Gools and Thommo made our trip so memorable their passion and knowledge is exceptional. Beautiful food, great stories, lots of laughs with a good bunch of fellow travellers and wonderful scenery. We will always remember this tour as one of the best and to anyone considering going to the Kimberleys we say go with Adventure Wild you certainly will not be sorry!!
Thank you Rory, Simone, Thommo and Gools for this wonderful adventure.

Just a note to let you know how much I enjoyed Adventure Wild – Broome to Broome Tour 18 – July 25 2014. Thommo and Gools are true Kimberley Diamonds – their knowledge, respect, enthusiasm and love of the Kimberley was outstanding and inspiring. The care of their passengers was second to none – from helping roll swags, cooking fantastic food through to fixing brakes and cutting firewood. Everything was done in such a professional manner while always sharing stories and having great fun but taking care of those on board.
I would like to say the biggest thank you to Thommo and Gools and the wonderful group of people who shared Tour 18 with me. This trip certainly had an impact on me – a truly special time and place that I hope to visit again.
Thank you again.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our camping trip with Adventure Wild recently. Thommo and Gools are the ideal good humoured professionals, inspiring all of our group to be the happy campers we were from the word go! Their thoughtful leadership, care for our welfare, energetic organisation, information, the beautiful food, were all terrific. As the seniors of the group, we appreciated the whole experience. Thank you.

I have just returned from my adventure with Adey and Corf. It far exceeded my expectations. The camp sites were full of fun, from the tents, the swags, camp fires and the mouth watering food. The sights were always so interesting and the wild life got us all excited. Adey and Corf gave us a feeling of total security in all we participated. Their constant happy demeanour was quickly taken up by the group. The professional manner in which the company is run is outstanding. Anyone reading this — put it on your bucket list!

Keith and I wanted you to know that we considered the trip one of the best trips we have ever done. Cauf & Adey made everything very easy for us both but me in particular. We honestly could not have experienced anything better. Attention to detail, menu etc were of the highest standard. Again, thanks for everything.

At last I’ve got myself organised and catching up on emails. Thought you might like these snaps to remind you of the BEST safari you have done!!!! We so enjoyed ourselves and want to thank you once again for giving us one of the best experiences we have had. We keep talking about all the fun we had and the spectacular places you took us to and all the fabulous meals. Just as well we did plenty of exercise as we were certainly well fed. We are noticing the freezing weather back here in Melbourne after the magnificent weather we enjoyed in the Kimberley. Hope the rest of your season goes well and you have some good groups. You are a terrific couple and we were so glad to be on your tour.
Thanks again for a wonderful time love

The letter says it all – your business is amazing, you are amazing as are Jools and Thomo It’s taken me a while to be able to sit down and minimise the feelings I have of the most amazing holiday I have had. The feelings I and so many of our members have in remembering those 7 days are just so deep with emotions – I talk to people about the isolation, the reality check one gets when out in the Kimberley, the trying to understand where we all fit on this earth, the reality that we are all integral in ensuring our environment is nurtured and respected etc. For me personally, Jools and Thomo provided me with a deep sense of thanks, but also opened up feelings deep within me which take me back to my childhood in the back and beyond of Broken Hill. I now have the urge to experience more of the Kimberley.

There are not enough words to express the amazing camping experience our members had in June of this year. From the pick-up point in Broome to our final destination in Kununurra, our hosts, Jools and Thomo, excelled in their attention to detail in all facets of the Kimberley in which we travelled. We all express our sincere thanks in the care you yourself provided to our Maggie (first mishap). The work you did behind the scenes was amazing and to see our Maggie flown in to our next overnight stay was a joy to behold! Thank you. The same applies to the understanding you showed Meg (mishap No 2). Again thank you, and also to both Jools and Thomo who not only ensured the rest of us were kept informed, but ensured our Kimberley experience would proceed as planned with lots of education, fun and great food.
Jools and Thomo are an amazing couple – they shared themselves amongst us all as if we had known each other for ever, and after just 7 days camping with them as our tour guides, we all feel as though we could just turn up at any time and be welcomed back into their realm. I am sure the majority of people who have them as guides would feel the same way. A personal note of thanks to yourself Simone – from my initial enquiry on behalf of our members, you were always been ready with quick responses to all my enquiries which made me feel comfortable in recommending your tour to our club.
Once again, many thanks Simone – there are some of us who would love to do the tour from Kununurra to Broome – so fingers crossed you will hear from us again at some time in the future.

We wish to congratulate you on the excellent Kimberley experience we had in July with ‘Adventure Wild’ led by Corf and Adey. Prior to the tour your rapid email response on queries was without equal. We enjoyed a great program of walks into gorges and opportunity to swim yet time to have leisurely morning teas and lunches along the way. The times chosen for the walks were good eg first group through Tunnel Creek in the morning and the last to Bell Gorge late in the afternoon. We enjoyed the relaxation at sunset venues ahead a great shared time around the campfire in the evening including advice on the program for the day ahead.
The meals were great, fresh and plentiful, with no dish repeated and attention to special requirements by Adey exemplary. Also fresh fruit and snacks to enjoy during the day. Amazingly a couple of extra requested items were incorporated as a surprise in addition to a few major surprises that delighted all. Corf paid particular attention to each person’s expectations of the trip and he and Adey encouraged a cohesive group experience.
Corf had a great way of including and involving those who were a little shy and on the hikes always seemed to be there when assistance may have been needed. The description of the geology and history of the area by Corf was very informative and interesting and his help with erecting tents and rolling swags where necessary, was also much appreciated. “Adventure Wild’ is the way to go.
