We were surprised at how comfortable the swags were, appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to unpack and put up tents at each site.

To be honest I was a bit concerned how I would go not being a camper or very fit. But once I started I was happily surprised that I was able to do all the walks and not miss out on seeing anything.

The camping experience was great. Having the tents already set up makes life very easy and the swags with sheets make for a fairly comfortable night. We enjoyed sitting round the campfire and chatting and playing games many evenings.

I did want to say thank you so much to you all for a fabulous experience from our first enquiry through to our post departure drop offs (including our extra luggage waiting in rooms). You work incredibly hard to give your clients the best experience possible and it really comes through in the smiles all around no matter what we were doing.
You have also found incredible ‘gems’ in Kaz and Jimmy. They were fantastic guides and hosts. Very professional, authentic, knowledgeable, friendly amd expertly navigated the roughest of roads. Most of all the care that they showed each and everyone of us went beyond just the job, nurturing the group along and sharing many laugh and the odd teary eye. And we all left wanting various recipes from Kaz’s and Jimmy’s cookbook as the meals they prepared each day was well beyond expectation and healthy and delicious.
Thank you again for this incredible experience. I’m leaving with many happy memories, several hundred photos to sort through, a great bunch of new friends. The Kimberley’s has found its way ‘under my skin’ (and the red dirt under my nails) – I hope I can return again one day to explore some more.

The Adventure Wild itinerary was perfect. Up early for enegetic walks to waterfall swimming holes, afternoon immersive activities, evening sunset experiences and camp fire relaxation, all peppered with fabulous tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Our leaders Liz and Phil were amazing, organised, safety conscious, kind and caring.
A wonderful group of passengers all willing to embrace the adventure with much laughter and hillarity along the way.

Adventure Wild is an extraordinary travel company peopled by wise, hardworking individuals. No aspect of my trip to the Kimberley with Adventure Wild could be criticised. Before I even left home, Simone had responded to every concern and question that I had, making suggestions that ultimately proved to enhance my experience significantly. On the road, we stayed in fixed tents, which was a luxury since we didn’t need to put them up ourselves. The swags were comfortable and easy to manage. Liz and Phil, our tour guides, went to every effort to accommodate our needs and wishes, seamlessly meeting diverse nutritional requirements, and accommodating varying levels of fitness and fatigue! Activities were frequent and fascinating, and food was fantastic! I would unhesitatingly recommend Adventure Wild for an epic Kimberley experience!

And what a tour it was, words like amazing, incredible, outstanding, wow factor, are forefront in my mind. The organising by you, Peter and Sarah, the vehicle, camps, food, knowledge, confident, caring, safe, sit back relax – knowing I was in great hands.
I cannot praise you, Peter and Sarah enough. Thank you doesn’t seem enough for what I experienced over 12 days of a trip of a life time. The optional experiences were out standing, and it showed to me that those companies hold you in a high regard.
Improve anything, no, I can’t even think of any way to improve. So glad we found your company, tour itinerary and had Peter and Sarah as drivers/tour guides. In saying that I daresay your other couples would have just as high standards.

At 71, the Kimberly has been on my bucket list forever, and it was an experience that exceeded my expectations thanks to Adventure Wild. On my initial enquiries and booking, Simone was so helpful and pleasant and a really beautiful person, that I knew the tour would be awesome, and it was! Our tour guides were Kaz and Jimmy a truly beautiful couple who took us to fabulous sites where we hiked, swam and admired nature’s beauty. The campfires at night were terrific, as was the billy tea, damper, and curry chicken, some fond memories. I went in late May / early June when there was still plenty of water in the gorges and waterfalls. Not wanting to miss anything, I did all the optional tours, which were all very fabulous, and the standouts were Mitchell Falls, Horizontal Falls and the chopper ride over the Bungles. Thank you Simone, Karl, Kaz and Jimmy, and my fellow travellers for an amazing adventure, one I will remember for years to come!
The tour was beyond my expectations, our tour guides Rowena and Brett were amazing, their ability to produce the meals they did out of a trailer was incredible.
Simone was so lovely in helping me catch up with the tour after my flight was cancelled. Karl’s knowledge and ability to work around any issues is great.
The other tour guests were lovely and everyone got in and helped out so we were always ahead of time.
I will definitely be recommending this tour to everyone.

A massive thank you for a very well organised tour through your beautiful, rugged, sort of wild country. It is massive, it is truly beautiful.. Every day was just full on and the food was tops as was the camping – the tour certainly exceeds our costs. It was a privilege having ‘the boss’ travel with us.. no doubt Brett appreciated his assistance at times. I will happily encourage people to spend 12 days of their lives touring with you and I know they won’t regret one second..

Our correspondence with Simone was smooth , answering all our queries in a timely fashion. We put this down to having a family business which is driven by pride and your love of the Kimberley’s.
Jimmy and Kaz were supportive, flexible, super organised, encouraging and relaxed. Because of them 16 strangers became a family and we felt privileged to have been on a tour guided by them. What a lovely couple! The standard of meals, activities and experiences were outstanding. We have so many wonderful memories that will last, like sunset drinks, waterhole swims, Billy teas, campfire curries and satisfying hikes.
The Kimberley’s is definitely a place to be experienced and cherished. We’d highly recommend this through Adventure Wild Kimberley Tours.

This was a wonderful experience from the first contact with Simone until the very end of the trip. It sounded great in the brochure but the reality exceeded my expectations in every respect. Our guides, Rowena and Brett looked after us all as if we were family, fed us extremely well, encouraged us to step beyond our comfort zones, and delighted in showing us the wonders of the Kimberley. We had the added benefit of Karl’s expertise on this trip, and it was obvious how dedicated he is to making this tour the best possible experience for each and every guest.
