We were surprised at how comfortable the swags were, appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to unpack and put up tents at each site.

On behalf of Bruce Powell and myself we thank you for the opportunity to discover the Kimberleys. Our 12 day tour was unbelievable. Our guides Gools and Thommo without a doubt were the best. There expertise and knowledge, there commentaries and humour were second to none. The food they served each day was of first class menu’s from all over the world and very delicious. Our fellow travellers from different countries are now our new friends, everybody got on great together. The scenery, the landscape, our excursions were fantastic. We had a fantastic time on our tour. Such amazing scenery, wonderful walks and swims.
Phil and Liz are excellent tour guides. They took good care of us and made our holiday very special. With the very hot weather on our tour, they made sure we started any ‘hot’ walks early to finish before it got too hot. The hydralites were excellent and much appreciated.

I am writing to thank you for my wonderful Kimberley trip and to praise the excellent service provided by Gools and Thommo. The tour was all that I had hoped for and the expert knowledge provided by the tour leaders made the experience so much more worthwhile. The emphasis on hygiene and excellent food is well worth noting with the tour free of the usual tummy wobbles and other nasties.

The 12 day Adventure Wild loop around the Kimberley region was a brilliant anecdote for our busy lives with far too many responsibilities! Thommo and Gools treated us as if we were their own family, tending to various dietary requirements, safety, hygiene and physical needs with great expertise and a smile. Alongside all of that, they were excellent tour guides who reflect a deep passion for the amazingly beautiful Kimberley and the people of the region. We loved the information, and stories shared by our guides on the drives. Although we were a group with varying physical capabilities we were treated as individuals which meant that some of the group could push on or hang back on some of the adventurous rambles. We now look back and reflect on a wonderful 12 days as a precious memory.
Fantastic experience right through! From the in initial enquiries, through follow up questions to booking and the tour itself. Well planned, perfect, well-rehearsed formula that accommodates all ability levels and needs with options to extend walks and or adventures or moderate difficulty as required.
I am sure all your guides are fantastic, but Liz and Phil were exemplary, professional yet able to add a personal touch to the experience for every individual on the tour according to their needs. Like going away with close friends.
The food, the camping sights and the comfortable swags and tents all exceeded our expectations. The only way to truly experience the Kimberley on the ground, with so many options to extend with Helicopter, boating and seaplane adventures.

I am kicking back at Oaks Hotel Broome enjoying the facilities after 11 nights in the gorgeous Kimberley.
Gools and Thommo .. (G and T) well what can I say. They were a tonic for us all each and every day. They were so warm and welcoming; kind; funny and shared such genuine care for us .. I felt so safe and cared for which was just what I needed.. They were generous; always attentive and nothing was too much trouble .. I feel so blessed that I scored G and T as my tour leaders and it speaks so highly of Adventure Wild to have such high calibre staff.
Their wonderful stories delighted us and their organisation and management of each day was incredible. And the Food!!! Amazing; healthy; generous; so creative and delicious.

Simply a fantastic experience backed up with outstanding guides in Thommo and Gools.
The food was excellent every night with quality and variety being the big draws. (If anything, too much food but how can you see that as a negative). The pace of the trip, the sites and the opportunity to undertake extra experiences made it a trip to remember. Once into a routine of rising early, going to bed early and chipping in to help out with camping activities things ran smoothly and like clock work.
I would not recommend runners but at least hiking shoes or boots are essential. On occasion the toilets (long drop – Purnululu National Park) were not well maintained and this impacted the faint hearted.
Look no further. This was an absolutely great trip. There is so much to learn about The Kimberley and we know so much of it now. Food was fabulous. Highlights – heaps – falls, stops, rivers, comfort, information. Nothing was a disappointment. We were tired by the end, but with so much jammed in, everybody should do it. So many different things to see – changing topography, amazing waterfalls, Freshies, helicopter over the Bungle Bungle, ant hills in all shapes, sizes and colours. G & T tour guides amazed us. Thank you.
