Morning Simone,

l would just like to thank you for all the extra effort that you needed to put in to arrange my COVID test in Hall’s Creek. l guess you’d say it’s part of the job but l can’t even begin to imagine not only how overwhelming, but also incredibly daunting it would have been to handle it alone.

I would also want you to know how fabulous Gools was, ushering us through the whole process with never a hint of either frustration or annoyance.  She is absolutely an A1 asset for your business .
