I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday with  Gools and Thommo. I have praised your work and your program to so many friends.

You and Karl must be so proud of the work you and your team do.  The time you took to chat with me, answer all my questions, being ever so patient and considerate of our needs and wants was amazing. It was such a pleasure to meet you in person after our many months of conversing.

The quality of everything you do in all aspects of your relationship with your customer is outstanding. In fact we don’t we feel like customers but as family because of the culture you have created and the relationships you and your team genuinely develop.  A typical example was the sensitive and caring way you, Gools and Thommo handled the issue with our Melbournian friends during the COVID scare.

I have my fingers crossed that this latest outbreak in Sydney doesn’t create too many difficulties for you and the team..
