Gools and Thommo were just so amazing. We all felt lucky to have them as our guides. We all agreed that Gools cooked THE MOST amazing food for us, the talks were informative and fun with Thommo on his bus headset and the company of all my fellow travellers was just so enjoyable, and oh yeah, the Kimberley was good too ha ha. Thank you again Simone. Gool’s food was that varied and delicious with all cuisines covered that we all decided that she should publish the Adventure Wild Pallet Cook Book to be given to guests at the end of the tour. Seriously good. Thank you.
