Exploring the Kimberley region with someone else doing the driving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an amazing way to explore some of the most stunning parts of Oz!!

With Sarah and Peter as our guides/cooks/drivers/joke tellers/mechanics and more, I knew from day one I was in for a great trip.

16 of us headed out of Broome to spend 11 nights in swags in tents. Plenty of nights around a fire to gaze at the stars. The tents were spacious- able to stand up in and without the annoying centre pole, swags were comfy and the art of swag rolling each morning was easier done in pairs.

Several hikes of various levels of difficulty into various gorges were on the programme. Most involved an optional swim in refreshing waters (with no sign of a croc). Other optional excursions were on offer to explore more of the Kimberley region- helicopter flights and boat cruises.

Having someone else caring for (and driving) the vehicle and trailer was the best way to explore the legendary Gibb River Road and Purnululu region. Just sit back and enjoy the corrugations.😳

From initial enquiries to dropping us off at the end of my trip, every detail was taken care of. The trailer and truck were sturdy and well designed to carry every possible thing we could need from wine glasses to laundry washing sheets and withstand the roughest of roads.

Certainly the best way to explore this part of Australia.
