We were surprised at how comfortable the swags were, appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to unpack and put up tents at each site.
Judy & Steve Lukacs
The tents, sleeping swags and locations to camp were great. I had the best night sleeps!
Jen, Joe & Jack Previtera
The campsites were always clean, well maintained and located in picturesque surrounds. Being in the outback is the best! The tents are clean and spacious and even the swags are cosy. The sleeping bags give the 5 Star touch with their delightful silky linings.
Jenny McKenzie-Murray
Our tented accommodation left nothing wanting and our bags, swags, sleeping bags and water bottles kept us comfortable and warm.
Denis & Shirley Ranger
Great trip. The fixed tents, swags and sleeping bags were clean, warm and comfortable.
Jos Benner
To be honest I was a bit concerned how I would go not being a camper or very fit. But once I started I was happily surprised that I was able to do all the walks and not miss out on seeing anything.
Rebecca Lingam
The camping experience was great. Having the tents already set up makes life very easy and the swags with sheets make for a fairly comfortable night. We enjoyed sitting round the campfire and chatting and playing games many evenings.
Meryl & Glenn Jackson
The camping experience was great fun and campfires at night added to the experience.
Steve & Connie Calderwood
It was obvious from Day 1 that our guides Phil & Liz, have such passion for & knowledge of this beautiful region of Australia. Their caring and thoughtfulness shone through as well as assuring us we were capable of completing all the picturesque hikes.
Memories from this wonderful adventure will be with us forever.
We thoroughly recommend and are spreading the word to friends to see the Kimberley with Adventure Wild.
We rate this company 10/10. They are well organised, experienced & caring.

Hi Simone,
We had a great time travelling with Thommo & Gools. They are great hosts and we were lucky enough to travel with a great group of people.
Thanks for all your help in getting us organised.

Hi Simone,
Annette & I had an amazing and unique holiday. Mark and Carmel did a fantastic job in all respects.
The assistance for the group, their explanation and knowledge of the sights, the delicious meals, and the way they looked after us was outstanding.
There were many highlights – the various gorges, the flight to Mitchell Falls and Kalumburu, The Bungle Bungles and Lake Argyle.
The organisation by Adventure Wild was excellent. Everything ran smoothly.
We can certainly highly recommend this tour.
Hello Simone,
I have had the trip of a lifetime, with Carmel and Mark at the helm. Their professionalism, generosity of spirit and patience, together with their historical knowledge was SUPERB. Also EXCELLENT healthy food and MARVELLOUS optional tours I attended.
I am so pleased to have chosen Adventure Wild. It was a terrific group of warm and friendly fun people.
Kind regards
Without a doubt and with absolute certainty… Had we toured the Kimberley ourselves we would have simply travelled along the surface of its beautiful terrain. The Adventure Wild itinerary/tour and our extraordinary guides, Phil and Liz (oozing with genuine warmth) took us deep into the Kimberley’s heart.
Their astounding knowledge of the geology; plants and wildlife; indigenous people, their art and communities; the history, local stories and their genuine love and passion for the region ensured we were fully immersed and engaged throughout the journey – this was gold. Liz’s melodic, thoughtful storytelling kept us all entranced. Phil’s keen eye in the bush kept us all wide eyed with wonder. Our minds are still blowing as we remember each day.
We watched in awe as Phil and Liz effortlessly glided us all through the marathon effort of providing a constant table of delicious, healthy, fresh (remarkable) food. Attending to all our needs with unwavering patience and genuine care. Navigating safely along the rough roads and water crossings and guiding our walking treks through the gorges, allowing us to soak it all in without any anxieties about getting lost or out of our depth in such a remote place.
Arriving ‘home’ to our white castles at the end of each day and the 2 night stay format was brilliant. As were the hearty meals (and sweets – our 6th course each day!). A nightly campfire. Comfy swag. Phil and Liz’s endless patience and seamless organisation allowed us all to sit back into their capable hands and soak it all up. Pitching in was made easy and enjoyable due to the most organised and labelled kitchen on wheels and a well thought out and practiced routine that made cleaning up and packing down a breeze.
This was our first time on a group tour. From the moment we booked, Simone and Karl were attentive, kind and helpful, guiding us through flights and extra tours. We learnt a lot about the Kimberley but also some supreme organisational and customer service skills that has certainly earned the Adventure Wild team their ticks and awards. Forever grateful for the brilliant experience.

Thanks again everyone.
Good morning
Firstly, thank you for being such a well organised company to deal with, it has been such a trouble free process. It is very much appreciated.
Secondly, Carmel and Mark are also very organised and amazing hosts, they went above and beyond in all they did. I felt very safe and well taken care of under their guidance. A truly wonderful caring and kind couple. Lastly, this trip has been life changing for me. This was my first solo travel and I felt very anxious wondering if I would go okay etc. I have gained confidence and feel I can take on the world. So a big thank you again to Carmel and Mark for their encouragement and patience when I was slow or wanting to give up on some hikes.
I also feel the way things are organised helps to develop a team approach amongst the travellers, we hit it off immediately no bad moods (that I noticed 😁)and certainly lots of laughs.
Loved it all.
Kind regards
